Your catch will be filleted at the end of the trip. If you need your fish packaged and froze, Homer Fish Processing and Coal Point Fish Processing do an excellent job. They sell airline approved insulated boxes that will keep your fish froze and cost the same as a standard check bag on most airlines. Another option is to have your fish shipped over night through UPS. Can be scheduled to ship after you have returned home from vacation, is the spender of the 2 options.
